Some more irritating bugs got found so here is a new release.

x Fixed problem when a client timeouts the bnc hangs, stream_set_blocking wasnt used correctly, now fixed
x Fixed problem with the pings thats being sent to the server, now blocking pong answers
x Fixed so the password now gets encrypted when adding a new user
x Fixed problem with text not getting encrypted in blowfish key channels when having a : in your text
x Fixed bug with the auto _nick changer not saving the new nick correctly to memory, screwing up almost everything
\ Changed version requirement to PHP 5.2.5
\ Blocked the LIST command, for lag reasons
